If your fish are dead on arrival please do the following:

  1. Take a picture of your fish or shrimp in their un-opened bag

  2. Send picture to within 24hours of receiving your package

  3. A full refund will be issued (the cost to ship will not be refunded)

What will void the 100% live arrival guarantee?

  1. Photos of the fish or shrimp in an open bag

  2. Refund request after the 24 hour period
